We aim to execute all eligible market orders as quickly as possible across our product range. In most cases, non-limit orders are processed near instantly, subject to market conditions, trading hours, and availability of liquidity.

We are an investment app - a simple, digital way to manage your investments and accounts in one place.

You can usually transfer an Invest Account, ISA, or SIPP from another provider without charge, provided the account does not include fractional holdings. CFD and spread betting accounts cannot typically be transferred between brokers, as these products are linked to the provider you opened them with. You would usually need to close those positions first and then transfer or redeposit the funds into your new account.

Our free account gives you access to core investing and trading features, with no subscription fee. For customers looking for more in-depth market insight, our paid plan includes EC Intelligence for £29.99 per month. EC Intelligence is designed for customers who want access to a higher level of market analysis, trading insights and idea generation to support more informed decision-making.

We currently offer zero-commission investing and no account fee on selected accounts. While that is our pricing approach today, fees and charges may change in the future in line with market conditions, product changes or regulatory requirements. We'll always be transparent about any changes to our pricing.

We aim to keep pricing simple and transparent. For investing in equities and ETFs, we cover the core account and dealing costs, so customers are not charged commission on those trades. You may still pay certain third-party or market-related charges where they apply, such as foreign exchange conversion costs when trading in another currency.

We set out clearly:

  • which charges we absorb,
  • which charges are passed on, and
  • when a fee is linked to the market or product being used. For more information about Fees & Charges click here (links to the Fees & Charges webpage).

If you would like someone else to manage investments on your behalf, you may need to put in place an appropriate legal arrangement, such as a power of attorney, and provide any required documentation for approval. If you're considering this, please contact us to discuss the available options and the documentation that may be required.

Yes - you can place an order outside of market hours, including in the evening, overnight, at weekends, and on market holidays.

Any order placed while the market is closed will be held and submitted when the relevant market next opens. The exact time your order is executed will depend on the market opening times, the type of order you place, and market conditions.

If you place a market order outside trading hours, the price may differ from the last quoted price you saw when the market was closed, as prices can move before the market reopens.

You can view the status of your order in your account, and any unexecuted orders will remain pending until they are either filled, expire, or are cancelled, depending on the order type.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom.
