I began my career here as an Office Receptionist and have since progressed into a role within HR, supporting day-to-day HR operations. In my role, I work across the business at all levels, supporting the team and helping to create a positive employee experience. I really value the supportive culture and the opportunity to interact with such a diverse range of people, each bringing something different to the team. I take pride in the impact my role has on colleagues’ experience and in contributing to a supportive, people-focused culture.

I’m the Customer Service Manager here at EC Markets UK. My role involves overseeing the customer experience by ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and professional experience at every stage of their journey, handling client queries and escalations, and working closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes and high service standards across the business. Two things I enjoy most about the team and the business is the fast-paced environment which provides dynamism and opportunities to innovate, learn and grow, as well as the strong sense of commitment and high standards of delivery.

I work in Operations, primarily supporting our cash equities products, including the Invest account, ISA and SIPP. My role involves designing and overseeing operational processes and working closely with teams across the business to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our clients. One thing I really enjoy is the collaborative culture — everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to help solve problems together. I also enjoy the level of impact you can have here, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful contribution to the business from day one.

As a Financial Crime Analyst, I support the business in identifying and managing financial crime risks, helping to ensure we maintain a safe and trusted environment for our clients and the business. One thing that has particularly impressed me since joining is how much the company values people as individuals, not just as employees. I really appreciate the open and welcoming culture, where people are encouraged to share their ideas and opinions and where everyone’s contribution is valued. I work as a Customer Service Analyst at EC Markets. The role involves being the first point of contact for our clients, handling their queries and issues, and making sure every interaction reflects the high standard of service we’re known for. Second, the calibre of colleagues around me, many of whom have become valuable mentors, generously sharing their knowledge and guidance as I settle into this new chapter.

I’m part of the team designing and developing the front end of the new EC Markets UK app. My day-to-day role involves creating and refining the app’s design and user experience and managing the processes that allow us to test, update and release new features efficiently. I work closely with different teams across the business to continuously improve the app and deliver a reliable experience for our users. What I mostly enjoy about the team here and the business are the welcoming and supportive environment, and there’s a real opportunity to share ideas, take ownership and contribute to shaping the future of the app.
