Monthly ECoins reset at the start of each calendar month. Your access level for the month is set by the ECoins you earned in the previous month, so consistent activity keeps your level steady. One-time milestone and Academy ECoins are lifetime ECoins and are treated differently — see below.
No. Lifetime ECoins — earned through one-time milestones like account opening, first funding and Academy awards — never reset. They count towards your total every month, giving you a permanent head start towards your next level.
Your benefit year aligns with the ISA annual renewal cycle (month 12). After that, you can re-qualify through transfers or new accounts, receive gifted ECoins from a separate promotion, switch to earning ECoins through activity, or subscribe for guaranteed Level 3 access.
